Hypoglycemia is an ailment where is a low blood sugar level. Symptoms of this may include , but are not limited to, anxiety, trembling, heart palpitations, sweating, dilated pupils and headaches. Most symptoms may occur or become more severe after eating. It is imperative to speak with a a doctor if these sign are present to rule out more serious complications. But, there are numerous natural ways to lower effects and manage the ailment.

A healthy diet is fundamental in maintaining reactive hypoglycemia. Excluding sugar from the diet, or considerably lowering it has proven to have positive results. Unfortunately this includes cookies, candy, anything with refined white flour, and other types of sweets we commonly eat. as well as to particular fruits and vegetables. Care should also be taken to limit the amount of alcohol and caffeine you drink. Instead pick foods that are high in complex carbohydrates and high in fiber.
